Diagnios was the project manager and lead consultant for an electricity network services provider in the design and implementation of a registration scheme for the electrical contracting industry. The new scheme superseded existing arrangements and incorporated compliance auditing and industry training requirements to ensure regulatory and industry oversight was sufficient for industry regulators. Strategy, business analysis, and project and process management services were used to design, develop and implement the new scheme, facilitate the provision of relevant training services, change internal management and reporting systems, and establish a web-based management module for industry.
